Clear rules for using TECHcyy and buying our courses, ebooks, prompt packs and other digital products.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from TECHcyy (techcyy.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion, please refrain from using the store.

2. Digital Product Licenses

Courses, ebooks, video tutorials, prompt packs and templates are licensed to one person for personal and commercial use. You may use what you learn and build in your own and client projects, but you may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files, videos or account access.

3. Prices, Payment and Delivery

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). An order is confirmed once payment is completed. Digital products are delivered online: access appears in your account under My Account > Downloads right after payment. App subscriptions and memberships give 12 months of access from the purchase date and do not renew automatically.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account remains your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Refunds for digital products follow our Refund Policy.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
